Tax Manager

Looking for an experienced Tax Manager to handle tax compliance and advisory work, guide tax teams, ensure accurate and timely tax filings, and support clients with effective tax planning under Sri Lankan tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of corporate, individual, and other tax filings.
• Advise clients on tax planning and compliance under Sri Lankan tax regulations.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and accurate tax calculations.
• Represent clients at the Inland Revenue Department when required.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement tax compliance procedures.
• Guide and supervise tax executives, juniors, and trainees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
• CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA fully or partially qualified.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan tax legislation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
