Audit Manager

Looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead end-to-end audit engagements, ensure compliance with SLFRS/IFRS, guide audit teams, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality audits on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Review audit working papers and financial statements to ensure compliance with SLFRS/IFRS.
• Ensure audits are completed within the required deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance to staff on audit procedures and accounting standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through continuous communication.
• Train, supervise, and mentor audit juniors and trainees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
• Fully or partially qualified CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA.
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements independently.
